Compact 42V 2A Power Adapter for 36V Lithium Batteries

Before ordering, please ensure that the connector of the old charger is the same as ours. If you receive a damaged item during shipping, do not use it to charge your device. Use the products within one year, and do not charge for more than 12 hours at a time. Charge in a well-ventilated environment and do not cover the charger.

Ensure that your hands and the plugs are dry before use. There are several reasons why the charger may not work after connecting to the power supply. Firstly, the voltage and current of the charger may not match your battery, and you may have purchased a charger with the wrong parameters. Please provide us with the brand and model of your electric bike or the parameters and plug of the original charger.

Secondly, due to the limited life of the lithium battery, the charger will not work if the battery is damaged. Your battery may be damaged if it is not used for more than 12 months or 2-3 months. Thirdly, if the green light comes on when the power is turned on, but the LED light does not turn red after the battery is connected, the connector may be loose and in poor contact. In this case, you can try reinserting the plug to maintain good contact.

The output voltage of the charger is 42V 2A, with a 0.31inch/8mm Inline Connector. The input voltage is AC100-240V, 50/60Hz, and it is designed for charging 36V Li-ion Batteries. Please note that this charger does not fit Razor scooters, dirt bikes, or lead-acid batteries. It is also not suitable for 24V, 25.2V, or 29.4V batteries.

The charger has indicator lights to display the charge status. A red light indicates that the battery is charging, and a green light indicates that the charge is complete. The 3-prong connector has the following markings: "1" means "+", "2" means "-", and "3" means ground.

The charger has several advanced safety features, including short-circuit protection, over-voltage protection, and more, to give you peace of mind when using it. The charger comes with a 12-month warranty. If you receive a broken item, please do not use it and contact us immediately. We will either resend a new one or provide a full refund.
